About the Journal

Avances en Educación y Humanidades, from the Faculty of Education and Humanities in Universidad de Córdoba, is a peer reviewed journal whose goal is to disseminate scientific scholarship in Education and Humanities. The journal Avances en Educación y Humanidades circulates semiannually in print and online, and is concerned with the publication of papers written by professionals and researchers who seek the scientific development on the areas aforementioned.

The journal Avances en Educación y Humanidades attempts to contribute to the dissemination and exchange of scientific knowledge in the educational and cultural field in regional, national and international scenarios, regardless of the methodological approach of research studies.  In addition, the journal opens an academic space to make visible the scientific scholarship of the Colombian Caribbean Region, especially the ones of the department of Cordoba.
