Professor William Twining in 1982 wrote that law schools express little interest in the theoretical problems related to the establishment of facts, sources and means of proof. Thirty-seven (37) years later we humbly wanted to revive this concern, therefore we prepared -without specifically referring to the work of this author born in Uganda- this edition of epistemology and law in which we hope to offer insights into some issues on these issues.
