Traffic, photo fines, comparendos
Tránsito, foto multas, comparendos: (Programa radial). Muchas veces nos preguntamos sobre las diferencias entre tránsito, foto multas y comparendos. El comparendo es una orden formal de notificación que se la a un presunto contraventor para que vaya al tránsito y se notifique de manera personal y se le informe acerca de la infracción que ha cometido, la multa ya vendría siendo la sanción como tal y foto multa se refiere a una foto que de forma automática incluye la sanción.

Many times we wonder about the differences between traffic, photo fines and comparendos. The comparendo is a formal order of notification that is given to an alleged offender to go to the traffic department and be notified in person and informed about the infraction he/she has committed. The fine would be the sanction as such and the photo fine refers to a photo that automatically includes the sanction.
