Mortgage dialogue
Diálogo sobre la hipoteca: (Programa radial). Hablar de hipoteca generalmente es hablar de hacer un negocio, un préstamo de dinero, etc. Cabe resaltar que la hipoteca se aplica sobre los bienes inmuebles, es un contrato, el cual se convierte en un derecho real que consiste en perseguir el bien como fin. Hablar de derecho real es hablar sobre una cosa respecto a determinada persona, son bienes reales el dominio, la herencia, entre otros.

To talk about mortgage is generally to talk about making a business deal, a loan of money, etc. It should be noted that the mortgage is applied to real estate, it is a contract, which becomes a real right that consists of pursuing the property as an end. To speak of a real right is to speak about a thing with respect to a certain person, real property is the domain, inheritance, among others.
