Access to justice
Acceso a la justicia: (Programa radial). Acceso a la justicia es una expresión que puede tener variados significados. Sea el que elijamos, lo cierto es que se trata de un derecho de todos los habitantes de la Nación y, en verdad, un medio de fortalecimiento de la administración de Justicia y de la democracia como sistema de gobierno. Por consiguiente, el acceso a la justicia es un derecho fundamental que tienen todos los seres humanos, acompañado de un debido proceso.

Access to justice is an expression that can have several meanings. Whichever one we choose, what is certain is that it is a right of all the inhabitants of the Nation and, indeed, a means of strengthening the administration of Justice and democracy as a system of government. Therefore, access to justice is a fundamental right of all human beings, accompanied by due process.
