INNOVACIÓN EDUCATIVA EN EL SECTOR RURAL: UNA MIRADA CURRICULAR A LOS PROCESOS DE CAPACITACIÓN VIRTUAL DEL PROFESORADO

The purpose of this article is to analyze educational innovation in the rural sector, focusing specifically on virtual teacher training processes and the strengthening of science, technology, and innovation capacities in basic and secondary education through the use of ICT in official institutions in Montería, Córdoba. This is within the framework of the R-360 project developed by the University of Córdoba, Colombia. Likewise, through a curricular perspective, we will explore the implications of implementing virtual training in rural environments, highlighting its potential to improve educational quality and overcome  geographical barriers in the use and application of technologies in educational settings.
