The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) is essential in today's education. However, many teachers are limited in their teaching due to connection problems, lack of equipment in the institutions and classrooms with a high number of students, among other factors. Therefore, the need to implement audiovisual didactic resources, such as educational videos, has been identified to improve the understanding of the subject of mechanical operators in secondary education students of the Technology and Information Technology area of the Cañito de los Sábalos educational institution, located in the rural area of the municipality of Cereté.
This research proposes the use of the qualitative method and the application of action research to address educational problems and promote transformation through critical management, with the aim of generating changes in the educational environment and achieving favorable results in the understanding of the subject. of mechanical operators.
