This article teaches a proposal for a theoretical-conceptual model in Educational Rural Cinema for the development of pedagogical, communicative and accessible guidelines for rural areas. It is based on an approach that uses documentary methodological design to interpret criteria and requirements that explain the aforementioned concept based on procedural strategies based on the content analysis of texts and discourses. As a result, the understanding of meanings and meanings that underlie cinema as an educational resource and explain its definition through a scheme that structures elements related to the use of audiovisual language to develop values ​​of rural tradition is achieved. In accordance with the foundation of the theoretical model emanating from the inquiry presented, it is concluded that communication through cinema is a reference that allows expression for the structuring of itinerant spaces that can be agreed in the study and promotion of principles for the teaching and learning of rurality as an urgent reality of justice, identity and social coexistence before the local and global world.
