This research focused on the analysis of changes in the pedagogical practices of teachers who participate as mediators and co-researchers in the children and youth groups of the Ondas Bolívar Program. For this purpose, the conceptions assumed by the teachers on the methodological proposal based on the program were initially identified in order to analyze the mobilizations and permanence on the idea of science, the place of research in pedagogical practices and the role of teachers throughout the process of group accompaniment. Subsequently, the pedagogical strategies that are incorporated into classroom and non-classroom practices aimed at educational innovation and the improvement of teaching and learning processes were identified. The approach of this study is qualitative, with a descriptive scope and was developed from an ethnographic design that allowed, through the techniques of teacher interviews, focal group and documentary review, to identify perceptions and meanings about the program's contributions to the improvement of teachers' pedagogical practices and the way in which new methodological strategies have been incorporated to make these practices more dynamic.
